A body that washed up on a beach in the Monterey area 20 years ago has now been identified as a teenager who was believed at that time to be a runaway.

A man was killed after being pinned under his own truck on the 101 near San Martin, known as part of blood alley. It was the only vehicle involved and authorities are investigating the circumstances of this death.
