UPDATE at 10:15 AM: CHP indicates the roadway is now clear, but debris from the crash is being cleaned up.
December 3, 2014 at 9:30 AM: Emergency vehicles are responding to a crash on Hwy 49 near the Calaveras County Airport between a white Suburban and a black Toyota Tundra.
The Toyota is on its side. Two tow trucks have been requested, as neither vehicle is drivable. An ambulance is also en route to the scene. At least one lane is blocked at this time, so use extra caution if headed for that area.
