January 11, 2015 at 10:45 AM: Fo r over an hour, CHP has been trying to get a puppy off of the 99 freeway at Hwy 4 in Stockton. Please use extra caution if headed in that direction.
How did a puppy get on 99 by itself? Was it a dropoff? Sad, but possible. And don't tell Ollie!!
