According to a 80 page report released by the ASPCA, over 900 Greyhounds have died and 11,000 injured on the tracks while racing since 2008, an average of 1 every three days.
Florida is one of only 7 states to still allow the cruel sport, according to the report. In Florida, there are 12 dog racing tracks. They say dogs are starved, denied care, break their necks and received dozens of other injuries racing.
