Eddie Ray Routh claims PTSD as insanity defense

      Eddie Ray Routh, the Iraq vet who is alleged to have killed Chris Kyle at a gun range, appears to be claiming that PTSD caused him to kill the man who was trying to help him.

   Now many are concerned that those with PTSD may be considered more dangerous than they were before. Veterans services is supposedly banning them from owning guns to try and prevent more killings.
