According to CHP on February 17, 2015 around 7:50 PM Sean Michael Dunnam (23) of West Point was driving a 1995 Saturn on Hwy 26 at Stanley Road.
San Andreas CHP units were dispatched to a report of a solo vehicle collision into a fence. Upon arrival, Mr. Dunnam's Saturn was found facing in a westerly direction into a fence at that location.
The driver and the only occupant of the vehicle was transported to Amador Sutter Hospital for major injuries.
The driver was placed under arrest for alleged DUI and released to the hospital for treatment of his major injuries sustained in the collision.
