Calaveras Chair Edson Bills Public???

    Apparently if you ask questions during a public comment section of agenda items at the Board of Supervisors, you can get BILLED!

   Joseph Kelly, who often attends and asks questions about agenda items where the Board is spending taxpayer money,
received what appears to be a bill for their prayer services.

   If this is a bill, when is it due and is this a violation of the taxpayers and voters constitutional rights.  They definitely do NOT want anyone asking questions during Calaveras Supervisor meetings; that is obvious.

   Calaveras Supervisor Pastor Cliff Edsel (Edson) is probably the worst County Board Chair we have ever seen.  He can't stop bragging about bring one class to Calaveras County and plugging his wife's coffee shop.  He's a loser, in our opinion and needs to resign.
