Feeney Park gets $5000 grant

    Feeney Park in Murphys is announcing that it received a $5000 grant from the Calaveras Community Foundation to help maintain the heavily used recreation site.

    The grant is from the  CCF's Community Benefit Fund established by a donation from Murphys residents JoAnna and Bob Reagan.

   The money will be used to help pay for the equipment and caretakers that are necessary to keep the park in good condition.
