For years we heard that if the voters give the Republicans control of the House of Representatives and Senate, that everything will be wonderful, they will get things done!
Ha! Ha! The Republicans
can't even get along among themselves and eventually gave up on the Department of Homeland Security bill, passing it with mostly Democrats onboard.
Now we hear that they could not gather enough votes to override President Obamas veto on the XL Canadian pipeline. John Boehner at times looks like he's going to have a nervous breakdown.
