UPDATE at 7:05 PM: CHP has arrived onscene and reports that injuries are minor.
March 5, 2015 at 7 AM: A white semi-truck has been reported on its side after colliding with a red tractor on Patterson Pass Road and Via Nicolo Road, just off 580 in Tracy.
Three CHP units and an ambulance are responding to the scene. Be careful in that area.
