March 13, 2015 at 9:10 AM: CHP is en route to a report that a car is reportedly causing a traffic hazard at Hwy 4 and Milton Road below Copperopolis.
A caller said a woman keeps getting in and out of the vehicle. Perhaps it is broken down. Be careful if headed that direction.
