Angels Camp City Council meets

   The Angels Camp City Council is meeting on April 21, 2015 at 4 PM at the Firehouse to introduce "Permitted and Conditional Use" to someone--the public?? The Planning Commission?? It is apparently just a draft chapter they made up to the City of Angels Municipal Code Chapter 17.34 of Title 17 in order to screw property owners out of their rights.

  So who are McHatten and Hanham conning now??

Then they go into Closed session to discuss their lawsuit, which is currently in trial at the Calaveras County Superior Court - Difu, Croletto, Rosato and  Turco vs City of Angels Camp and Landscaping and Lighting District #1, which has been ongoing for some time.

   Following their closed session they have five consent agenda items, which include a Resolution authorizing a Certificate of Acceptance for the Hydrox property and awarding Nordahl Land Surveying a contract to survey Murphys Grade Road and Demarest Street.

  Under the Regular Agenda is one item:  Implementation of Drought Restrictions.
