Big rig falls off Hwy 4 bypass

   April 7, 2015 at 9:55 AM:  A big rig reportedly fell off the Hwy 4 bypass in Stockton and landed on Wilson Way that runs underneath, according to a witness.

  CHP and an ambulance are en route to the scene.
