Boys 3 and 5 drive ATV into pond and die

   Apparently Sunday April 12, 2015 the parents of a 3 year old boy brought their ATV to the property on Wise Lane in Lincoln where the 5 year old lived.

   The two boys were playing on the ATV
in the driveway of the home when the parents noticed they were gone. 

     One of the parents found a helmet in the pond, and both boys were pulled out and given CPR.  EMT's attempted to revive them, but they were pronounced dead at the hospital in Davis.

   The CHP is investigating the case; how were two preschoolers allowed to drive an ATV. The did
both have their helmets on.
