April 11, 2015 at 8:50 AM: CHP is at the scene of a car that ran off Hwy 99 near Foppiano Lane in Stockton and into the creek.
The windshield wipers were reportedly still running and the rear door of the Toyota all wheel drive is open, according to CHP. A tow truck is en route to the scene. No injuries have been indicated.
