April 13, 2015 at 8:20 AM: A garbage truck that overturned on southbound Hwy 99 at Hwy 12 is leaking hydraulic fluid. Hazmat is responding.
Their was one minor injury and there was a long backup as a tow truck worked to get the 20,000 loaded garbage truck back upright. Use caution if in that area.
