April 3, 2015 at 7:25 AM: A traffic collision between a Toyota Highlander and a Toyota Tacoma has traffic blocked on Hwy 4 at Adelbert Ave. just this side of Hwy 99 in Stockton.
Two CHP and an ambulance are en route to the scene. Be careful if headed for that area.
