At the April 28, 2015 joint session of the Angels Camp City Council/ Calaveras Supervisors study session Mr. Oliveira asked the Public Works Director why the Transit is NOT breaking even and how he intends to correct that problem.Since this is a ridiculous question (Public transit is for the public, not a for-profit agency), the answers were naturally vague and the only money question answered was that they are receiving less money now from the government than before.
