Warning: Always get a "Revocable" Trust!

   While we always encourage anyone who owns property, and especially a business, to have a trust for when they die, there are a couple of important things to know, besides using a reliable trust attorney.

   First of all, always make sure it's a "revocable" trust. Believe us, we know, that a person you might have thought was sane, can quickly, due to a sick influence,
turn into a nightmare of insanity.

  Secondly,  make sure all of your property is listed. Don't leave anything to chance. Itemize your possessions, using photos and revisit your trust once a year just to double check, remembering to add any new vehicles or other belongings, such as jewelry.

  Do not allow some totally insane person to be named in any way, to your trust. Background checks, background checks, background checks on both women and the men they hang out with or are married to!!
