Water Missing?

   Seems that a statewide investigation was launched after two large water agencies said that water was missing from the San Joaquin Delta.


  It was discovered that farmers living on the Delta's edge have been taking it.  They say historically that living on the water's edge gives them the right to use as much as they want. UH-OH!

   One farmer even claims he has "senior" water rights, and threatens that those farmers who have only "junior" rights have to wait in line.

   Yes, this is definite "water wars" in California; even bigger that anything at the gold fields ever were!  Even Governor Brown says they need to re-consider those water rights.
