It is unclear what, if anything, he was drinking, but he kept referring to "Big Pot" taking over the County of Calaveras.
The Sierra Sentinel believes McManus needs to get a REAL life and lay off the booze, if that is what propels him.
Some say that he is saying what Mr. Oliveira wants to say, but is afraid to! That is even more scary, since perhaps they are imbibing together???
Whatever the reason,"Big Pot" McManus keeps striking out and making a "udder" laughing stock of himself. You need to watch the video yourself to believe it.
He actually hinted that he blames "all five" supes for what has happened to his children!!

I don't know who he drinks with , but I do know that he is best friends with Preston and Oliveira; they bragged how they got him elected tea party style.
