May 27, 2015 at 3 PM: The driver of a Chevy Blazer reportedly hit the center divide at Hwy 99 and Liberty Road in the Galt area.
The driver tried to leave the scene. CHP and an ambulance are responding to the scene. Use caution if in that area.
