UPDATE: The Starke County Sheriff's Office reports that William Wagner (55) of Bass Lake, passed away at the hospital after hitting a tree when ejected from the motorcycle.
There were apparently no witnesses and CHP is investigating the cause of the tragic crash.
UPDATE at 11AM: Per CHP, injuries in this crash are major.
May 25, 2015 at 10:50 AM: A motorcycle and pickup have reportedly collided at Road 222 and Crane Valley Road at Bass Lake.
Emergency personnel are responding, including an ambulance and CHP.

How sad! Must have been hard.
I didn't know he died. How wonderful someone so nice came along at the right time.
