CCWD withdraws complaint of Asphalt Plant
On June 23, 2015 CCWD (Calaveras County Water District) sent out a press release stating that they have withdrawn their appeal of the Calaveras Planning Directors decision on the Ford's Asphalt Plant along the Calaveras River in Rancho Calaveras.
The appeal hearing is Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 9 AM in the Supervisor Chambers.
They went on to explain that they had met with Ford several times and had "WORKED OUT AN AGREEMENT" whereby CCWD would assure they could get the Water Quality Board to approve the plant for Ford.
