UPDATE: Major injuries were reported in this collision. CHP hopes to have the roadway open by 6 PM.
June 1, 2015 at 4:45 PM: A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 26 at Sawyer Road in West Point where a car apparently hit a tree.
Emergency vehicles are responding, including an ambulance. Use extra caution if in that area.
