UPDATE at 5:45 PM: Lane 2 was just reopened on Hwy 99. Minor injuries were caused in this collision.
July 30, 2015 at 2:40 PM: The onramp from Waterloo Road to southbound Hwy 99 in Stockton will be closed while Caltrans and CHP investigate and clean up an overturned big rig.
All except one lane of Hwy 99 are currently blocked. Caltrans has issued sigalerts. An ambulance is also en route to the scene. Avoid the area if possible.
