A Jackson realtor has decided to put up her 1906 Craftsman style home as the prize in a contest for the best dessert?Apparently after checking all the legalities,
she decided to offer her home instead of putting it on the market, due to the rural area. It is valued currently at $390,000.
This is reminiscent of the Maine B&B owner who charged $100 to enter a contest and made a
fortune, much more than she could have received for the home itself.
