Eleanor Owen passed away July 14, 2015 in Altaville. She was 82 years old, born April 22, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois.She was a Calaveras County resident since 1968, making Altaville her home. Ellie, as known by her friends, loved going to the ocean as well as going up in the mountains.
She loved the beauty of creation. The one thing she loved most was having a relationship with her heavenly father. She served Jehova as one of Jehova's witnesses since she was eleven.
She is survived by her two sons Ethan and Dan.
Services will be private because she didn't want anything fancy.
Angels Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
