July 14, 2015 at 8 AM: A traffic collision has been reported at northbound Hwy 99 and Hatch in Modesto.
Apparently a semi was involved. One vehicle is overturned and some type of muratic acid has spilled onto the roadway. Use caution as one lane may be blocked for awhile.
