July 23, 2015 at 12:30 PM: Cal Fire has just updated the status of the Wragg Fire near Lake Berryessa to 6700 acres with containment still at 5%.One outbuilding and one tent-trailer have been destroyed and one structure has been damaged so far. Large animal evacuation center has now been set up at 29775 County Road 31 in Winters. Mandatory evacuations are in effect in Quail Canyon and Golden Bear subdivisions.
