At the Calaveras Supervisors meeting Bonnie Newman of Double Springs, criticized property owners who were against having their properties clear-cut, as SELFISH.The selfish ones are those in the valley, the farmers, who want to take OUR water for THEIR billion dollar incomes of selling crops overseas. Isn't that SELFISH, Bonne?
They were discussing projects to provide more water to the Mokelumne River Wild and Scenic Study. Mr. Kearney was absent!
