Calaveras County Water District will meet on August 26, 2015 at 9 AM in the board room on Toma Court in San Andreas.
On the agenda is consideration for support of Bigelow's
Assembly Bill 142 which would give more tax money toward studying the Mokelumne River Wild and Scenic designation.
Also on the agenda is purchasing property, a cement slurry line, restoration of Blagen Mill pond, response to the Grand Jury report and approving the MokeWise Water plan.
In Closed Session they will discuss a lawsuit by Sutton Enterprises, purchasing land and the La Contenta lawsuit.
Nowhere is it suggested that they give some relief to their ratepayers on water cutbacks, even
though THEY have been relieved of their cutbacks by half.
