On August 3, 2015 a resident on Main Street in Douglas Flat found that his dog had been shot with a pellet gun and was taking him to the vet.He reported cruelty to animals to the Calaveras Sheriff. Good Luck!
We reported the poisoning of our wonderful old dog as cruelty to animals and knew who it was, and so did the vet!
Sheriff Kuntz and Brian Moss (who supposedly loved animals) did NOT arrest them!
They have been allowed to continue their criminal behavior even to this day! It seems that Sheriff Kuntz loves the criminals more than animals or the honest hardworking people.
Everyone says there's a fin line between the criminal and the cop. If you only knew!

Any one who could hurt an animal should be taken out and shot in my opinion. Sick, worthless individulas.
