We recently wrote an article challenging a man named Tom Sullivan, who tried to claim that his Ebbetts Pass Fire Department, who LIVES and BREATHES off our taxes is so open and transparent and no one EVER complains. HUH???
As far as the firefighters themselves go, we hear no real complaints. They do their job and don't play favorites or political games. Most people were relatively happy with them.
Remember, the board is a publicly elected body. Perhaps Mr. Sullivan has been there too long. And people are not altogether happy with the Board.
However, and in fact, in our brief investigation into his braggart claims, we found that not only are they NOT open and transparent, but that two women who apparently run their offices are widely known by residents as the FIRE NAZI's!!
Mean, vicious, refusing to give what is PUBLIC information to anyone who requests is. Politically motivated and wicked, are the comments we received. So perhaps Mr. Sullivan, a staunch Tea Party supporter, should get out more!!
Will they ever get rid of the Nazi's and put in some community friendly people to be helpful and open? Hard to say!

they aren't the only ones. Try Copper. Think they're gods! Refuse to give out public information. They get out taxes, too.
Are these the same as the Pine Needle Nazi's everyone is complaining about.
I think that's Cal Fire, they are now telling us what we can do with our land.
You're right this has nothing to do with firefighting. This has to do with politics and mean Nazi's in their offices and handling the phones.
We did have a problem in my area around Jenny Lind. Its much better now. They need to clean out the board and clean up their act.
Is Sullivan the one who made that big brag at the Board meeting, on camera?

Public information is public information. They can't play politics with it. Make a complaint for us to the attorney general and the grand jury, would you?
I was just talking to somebody about this. Why do these women have to be so mean. Apparently it is politically motivated to some degree. It's commonly known in Arnold, the "fire Nazis"
I want names.. Who are they. and why are they allowed to get away with it.
