"Jumper" on Patterson overpass?

   August 24, 2015 at 2:30 PM:  A caller has reported that a  "jumper "appears to be on the overpass at Hwy 132 and Hwy 33. No vehicle is in the area.

   San Joaquin County Sheriff is en route to the scene. Use extra caution if headed that way.
