We just received a notice that you are required to attend a Calaveras COG (Council of Government) meeting where Karlee Kane is making the decisions, along with Dave Hanham of the Angels Camp City Council, of where to move and what to do with obstinate property owners of Dogtown Road and Hwy 49 in Altaville.
Her email is kkane@calacog.org for giving your idea to fix the problem that the City of Angels Camp has caused for all of us. Apparently none of them knows what to do. DUH!!!
Of course, whatever you suggest will be trashed with a long list of things they will NOT do, since they have already made up their minds to exclude property owners who object to their insanity, and to do what THEY want to do to any and all property owners.
You know, this is just like the $250,000 grant that a small group in Valley Springs got to do a study related to the General Plan of Calaveras County.
The money was literally flushed down the toilet when property owners practically rioted at the meetings there. Is this the same thing?? Sure sounds like it. And we thought we could trust Karly.
That's the reason they are USING her to screw all of the property owners, to get them to go along.

She's young and very naïve, but I remember what happed to that guy who used to run cog. he got involved in something just like this.
come on.I don't think it's karlees falt. elected people will use anyone they can to get what they want.
One think I know, they do plan to dig up dogtown road and will crush anyone who gets in their way. greenhorn people do not want development down Hwy 4 in their direction.
'remember how Lynch got the city's land claim moved over to Tryon land. the deal was supposed to get Tryon and Lynch re-elected. what happed there.
Dave Hanham is a big suckup and that's the only reason. he does what he's told by mchatten. he should have been gone long ago. is he related to somebody?
I agree that karle is being used. is anyone going to those meetings anymore? no me!
Hey folks be sure and go to the meetings and learn all the latest greatest buzz words( Iconic train station,Too big to mow,to small to grow) from the clowns in CCOG. I loved that chap Tyler Summsault and Mr McGowan with all the charts,graphs, and most of all they always had a great variety of high priced cookies,fresh fruit and drinks.
CCOG in this writer's opinion should dismantled and sold for scrap.
