UPDATE: Per Cal Fire this fire has grown to 46,000 acres and is still on 5% contained.Two dozen homes have now been destroyed in the Rocky Fire, burning in Lake County.
The total acres is now 27,000 and crews have not even been able to hold anything more than a 5%
containment level.
