Zoning only excuse for Supervisors against POT?

   At the Tuesday August 25, 2015 Calaveras Supervisor meeting, for the second time in a month, they were voting on whether to allow a zoning change for a medical marijuana store in Valley Springs.

   Supervisor Oliveira has done nothing about the pot store, on a 2nd story without handicapped access, in his district 3.  Is he again OUT of TOUCH with voters??

   It operated for over a year without permits, or even a business license and was finally approved as a zoning change for the whole building, harming other business owners.

   But for this one and the other marijuana store last month, Oliveira not only voted against the pot store, as his Mr. Big Pot friend demanded, even making the motion to put them out of business.
