A report was released this morning that since May 2015 there have been 34 human-caused fires on the American River Parkway in the Sacramento area. Then, of course, there are the rapes and murders, drug dealing and manufacture.
The homeless often camp out where there is a trail for them to access the river and authorities can't see any way of stopping them. Criminals use it as a hideout and for a place to do drugs, make drugs, commit rape or murder.
How does the Angels Camp City Council plan to police the trail they are so determined to build along the Angels Creek.
Many people realize how much crime will be drawn to the area, and are frightened. The City officials will not listen; but they don't live in the area.
