Did you know that auto theft is NOT a violent crime? Fooled us, because it seems that anytime someone steals something from you that you worked hard for, it is indeed a VIOLENT offense.The uptick in more car thefts is directly related to the California State Realignment law, but they aren't really bad criminals, just CAR THIEVES, right!
