UPDATE at 2:15 PM: The driver has been seen out walking around and a tow truck has been called.
September 7, 2015 at 2 PM: A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 12 and Oak Leaf Lane, just below Valley Springs.
The driver apparently lost control went off the roadway and through a fence and then hit a tree. It isn't yet known about injuries.
