Angels Camp Police arrest two residents

   On October 15, 2015 Angels Camp Police arrested Michael Dennis Airola (67) of Angels Camp on Appaloosa near Pinto Drive around 12:15 PM.


   Airola was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Possession of
Marijuana for Sale, a felony.

   Also arrested at the same time and location was Edmond Anthony Santos, Jr. (40), also of Angels Camp.

    Santos was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Manufacture/Sale/
Possession of a leaded blackjack or other illegal weapon, a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, a Firearm Concealed within a vehicle, Carrying a loaded Firearm that is Stolen, Carrying a Loaded Firearm for Criminal Activity, Participation in a Criminal Street Gang, and Possessing illegal to own Ammunition, all felonies, and for being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and being an Addict Driving a Vehicle, both misdemeanors.
