The Calaveras COG, which is mired in corruption and controversy regarding their improper treatment of anyone who applies or even questions to apply to sit on the Council, will meet November 4, 2015 at 6 PM.On the agenda is AGAIN to request for applications or recruitment to sit on the COG with a deadline of November 20, 2014??????? Now that will discourage applicants!
