UPDATE: There was absolutely no report of gunfire call to the Sheriff's Office on the log for the morning of the shooting, we checked. So who called it in and why was it not recorded?
Sheriff Kuntz of Calaveras County, always RUNS to get in front of the TV cameras after a death in the area for which he is responsible, perhaps he should rethink this idea.
KCRA 3 had a close-up of him and it appeared to us that he is not a well man; some told us they felt he even seemed to be possibly inebriated or bloviated? We have so many questions about this case which the Sheriff has not answered, and its not looking good.
This Sheriff stated that you do NOT have the right to protect yourself or your property from trespassers or thieves; especially if you grow medical marijuana.
We had a hard time believing this, since we have been told the opposite is true. In fact, one of the Sheriff's deputies told us we have the right to defend ourselves from a threatening, violent trespasser, whom we have long feared and witnessed with a VOLATILE temper.
We called a Bay Area attorney who told us the same thing; if you feel threatened by someone who is trespassing, you definitely have the right to defend yourself. Since Kuntz is pro-booze, but anti medical marijuana, possibly his mind is confused.
Kuntz should probably put Macedo up in front of the cameras, like he does at Calaveras Board of Supervisor meetings, to try and save some of his reputation.
We also feel he might be healthier if he did use medicinal marijuana instead of booze.

This is hilarious. He has always looked that way; eyes too close together, bloated, red and puffy. Can't you guess why?
