Angels Camp City Council meets to discuss litigation

   On November 17, 2015 the Angels Camp City Council has a very short agenda, except for Closed Session litigation//lawsuits.

   On the Closed Session agenda is a liability claim against the City,
significant exposure to litigation, one potential case; Difu vs the City of Angels Camp (let's see, how long has this one been going on?); and Existing litigation at Calaveras County Superior Court vs. Marie A. Starr.

   Also under Closed Session is discussion of property with the U.S. Post Office; and
also for M.A.C.T to possibly move to Monte Verde Street.

   At the end of this is a Performance Evaluation of the City Administrator.
