UPDATE: CHP has determined this to be an AT&T cable. They will be notified of the problem.
November 25, 2015 at 8 AM: A low hanging cable has been reported hanging on Silver Rapids Road at Hartvickson in Rancho Calaveras.
CHP and PG& E are responding. Use extra caution if in that area.
