UPDATE: The vehicle apparently skidded off the roadway. The driver is refusing medical treatment for a wrist injury.
November 25, 2015 at 8:25 AM: A traffic collision has been reported at Obyrnes Ferry Road and Hwy 108 in Jamestown.
Emergency personnel are responding to the scene. Use extra caution if in that area.
