   Sometimes people are slow to learn what types of "Neighbors from Hell" they actually have moved in next to, even when warned ahead of time.

   If your woman neighbor starts offering you things to buy; jewelry, furniture, TV's, etc. for cash, you should immediately call the authorities.

   Since later you discover what terrible thieves these definite "Neighbors from Hell" really are, and especially the woman, they are likely items they stole from children or some other poor neighbor.
