At the last Angels Camp City Council meeting, these 5 paranoids actually planned to start policing trees and bushes in Greenhorn Creek. Do you now realize the insanity of this City Council?
Mayor Wes Kulm has offered to be the "chief of tree police, and will patrol Greenhorn, looking for those criminal violators. You are not allowed to let a leaf fall, have a branch that blocks city light, or anything on THEIR sidewalks or streets.

If you listened to the so-called city lawyer, this is simply another way of gaining revenue and property for the city.
How do these nut cases get elected, anyway?
They intend to go after old town residents too, saying if there tree dares t hand over the street or leaves on THEIR street. It's totally sick. totally!
It seems to me this mayor, kulm or whatever, was never elected to anything.
