Asphalt Plant back on Calaveras Planning Commission Agenda--No Cell Towers at Lake Tulloch??

   Ford Construction has appealed a decision that they need a Conditional Use Permit to operate an asphalt plant in Rancho Calaveras.

  
    The appeal will be heard on December 10, 2015 at 9 AM in the Calaveras Supervisors Chambers in San Andreas.

   Since Supervisor Kearney has been known as publicly being in favor of the asphalt plant, we'll see what happens.

    Also on the agenda is the Copper Cove Lake Tulloch Homeowners appeal fighting
against Verizon putting up another tower for cell service in Copperopolis.
